Hello Rummi,
up to date how far can you run/jog nonstop? If you can go for 5k you should be able to run 10k in no time, but must do training on your own too (3-4x in a week).

hehe, let's say...
3km is a good sweat
4km if im feeling especialy fat after the festive seasons
can manage a 5km when im trying to 'kill' myself once in a while...

mayb u're rite- running onli on sundays r not goin to improve the mileage much... hmm...
