FOLKS, WHOEVER INTERESTED TO RUN[/color]....whether for passing time, keeping the body in shape and staying healthy, planning to run a race someday or training for the next running event. We are here for you.
We are starting Punggol Central running club and have been gathering runners from Punggol and Sengkang, so if you are interested, you are welcome to join our weekly weekends run IT"S FREE. Just come and have fun with us, don't worry if you just started to run or just planning to take up running, we are there for you, we will guide you thru. And for all the seasoned runners, it will be fun to have peers running with you. Our next weekly run will be this SUNDAY 5 August 2007, meet at Sengkang CC at 630am.

Currently,we hv about 50 runners.We hope to see more residents in Punggol and Sengkang join us as members.Guidance will be provided to newbies training for races.Our 5th weekly run is on this Sunday approx 0630 hrs. We will wait for any new runners.
