Hey, might I offer some advice for ppl taking IPPT, jogging alone might not be enough. try some short sprints.

As for people trying to lose weight like me, if not my knee not able to support can got for jog more that 45 mins.

Anyone for 45 exercise?

I also like to jog around Edgefield walk, near Blk 128, each round the empty field is 600m so 4 round is your 2.4km IPPT run  smile
Tried jogging to Florida once... wonder what's the distance I covered?...
Hey! You think if we start a jogging club will it motivate us to jog more regularly? Huh?

If you are overweight better lose it first if not it will damage your knees...
