Can anybody tell me how much distance will i cover if i run one round the pavement(the meadows, blk63+/64+ and punggol eastdale, blk64+/65+)?

I am preparing for my IPPT and each time i am only able to finish 1.5 rounds. crying
Good enuff for IPPT?

I also like to jog around Edgefield walk, near Blk 128, each round the empty field is 600m so 4 round is your 2.4km IPPT run  smile
Tried jogging to Florida once... wonder what's the distance I covered?...
Hey! You think if we start a jogging club will it motivate us to jog more regularly? Huh?

If you are overweight better lose it first if not it will damage your knees...


I am in if you setting up the Jogging CLUB..
