Which child care centre is the best in Punggol?

i am moving to punggol next year and was trying to find out where to get a good and cheap sch for my son (yr 2008). anyone kind enough to tell me where to start?

Does anyone know where will be the next newest childcare opening in punggol? - after sweetlands @ damai?
Im looking for one for my twins and its crazy! all the childcares are fully booked!!

I have a very bad experience in Eco kidd @ punggol 24th, the Playgroup(18-30) chinese teacher is an auntie, the first day I acc my son stay in the center, she even not smile in whole day (I brought my son before nap), and if your children too small, be aware the safety, my son only 19mth, he went upstairs by himself, but all teacher didn't do anything, teachers not lovely and friendly even the principal, they let the children crying and crying, no hug no smile, I saw they are a bit angry with the crying children.
I withdraw my son after 1st day, the center has trail period but now the principal says cos we did not sign the trail period form, so they can not refund us the first mth school fee and other fees except the deposit, but we did not know they got such form need sign ya!!!
 we very angry! now the things still not settle..

Anyone have any feedbacks on Cheriehearts at harborfront? I am staying near Damai LRT, any convenient CCC other than Sweetland? or any along NEL near the MRT? Looking for most convenient location... I am working in Sentosa.
