It is near Bukit Timah CHIJ, the school called Canossian Convent Kindergarten, it is a Catholic school run by Nuns and trained teachers. 1 term (10 weeks) is $680 excluding uniform. They have no full day childcare. They have an exclusive and comprehensive child development programme based on learning through play and religion. Even the caucasian boys and girls can speak Mandarin after one year there. It is quite a distance to travel every day from Punggol. Not a problem for me now, as my place is not completed yet.

The current arrangement is I am sending my son to school everyday and picking him up, before I go to work. Moveover, our flat would only be ready in estimated Mid 2009. He would be in K1 by then.

Will still make that effort to send both my sons there, a bit troublesome but the warmth, love and the lessons my son has learnt from there is worth it's weight in gold, I am sure there are similar schools nearby. But this particular school is so right for my son. He would also be attending his K1 and K2 there too.
