Why dun u settle for a nanny and engage a part time cleaner to clean yr hse during weekends?
Personally i trust nanny than maid cos maid come fm countries wif different cultures n living habits unless u really hav enough time to train her n built up relationship wif her..otherwise quite risky to put her in charge when u r at work...

Unless the nanny is ur direct relative, they will have different habits and culture as well. Some nannies dun listen to your opinion becos they think tat they are the experts. But many of their so call experiences are accumulated thru practice and not thru research or reading up. For maid, u will just instruct and they will ve to follow. All is said, maid, nanny and infant care, all depend on ur luck. If u looking for nanny, look for some1 who  employed her previously.

Anyway, gd luck. Dun worry too much. Dun listen everywhere, trust ur gut feel. Mother's instinct is the most accurate. If your bb is not be taken care properly u will noe.

More costly this way. Or she can look for a more reputable maid agency.

I highly recommend Quality Maid Agency. Two branches, 1 in woodlands another in Hougang Green. One time agency fee. Free replacement within 1 yr of maid's contract. The maids are specially hand picked. Mostly pleasant looking and small size. This is the agent tat I had mentioned previously, share holder of the agency in Indo.
