Don't think nowadays still got school teaching Chinese as 1st language, as what I know, Mee Toh's 1st language is English.

From what I know Chinese at schools like Mee Toh, Nan Chiau are at a higher level, even in P1.

what I meant was I think Mee Toh is having both English as well as Chinese as 1st languages for their pupils

The SAP schools like Ai Tong, Nan Chiau, Mee Toh, Maha Bodhi, Holy Innocent, Nan Hua, etc. They are offering CL2 and English as 1st Language.
