Confinement Period : Bathing herbs...

Hello all  ,

regarding bathing herbs ( for confinement period ), anybody try using the pre-packed type herbs before?( Buy from chinese medical hall)
I heard that it would be less effective compare to bath with D.I.Y type( boiling with the actual herbs )
Pls comment.

I did. But only bath 4 times during my whole confinement period. This is more convenience and easy.
