Confinement Period : Bathing herbs...

Hi Jasmine,
I thought bath 1 time for every 2 days?
By the way, those medical herbs is hard to find in Singapore. I'm sourcing for it. (My sister is going to deliver soon.)
Some of my friends told me that those pre-packed type is not as good as "DIY" type, although it is more convenience and easy.

I bath once a week. Somemore, I only wash my hair on the full moon....

If your sister really can bear with it, some of them bath only 1-2 times during the whole period. The rest of days use hot water to wipe body.

Nowadays, quite hard to find the "DIY" type, I think majority use pre-packed type.

By the way, if can find the D.I.Y herbs ( I think is called Da Feng Chao ), can we bath everyday? Or every 2 days interval?
