Hi, anyone know what's the best way to make fruit puree for kids? Currently, we boild the apple before smashing it using blender.

Quite cumbersome ... anyone know of better way?

i find this website informational. they also tell me at what age is the baby suitable for certain types of fruits/food.

i used to steam the apples and smash it up using the blender when my kid was young. and i keep it in small containers in the refrigerator. for refrigeration, the food must be consumed within 48 hours. freezing wise, can last longer. so u no need to steam/blend every day.
