Any slimming tips???

hi all, wanna join this interesting topic.
i have a fren who is on duramine for 2 months now. she lost 3kg in first mth, looks effective for her but she cloudn;t sleep at night.
initially i wanted to try too but then also worry if there is any side effect in long term???

i have a colleague whos fren went for chinese acupunture (is my spelling correct??), she said her fren lost quite alot, it works and not so expensive also. i am thinking to give it a try but haven't managed to find time coz have to go 2-3 times a week.

with regards to this topic... i recently tried CNI products. Sort of increased fibre intakes. it works for digestions. Still trying. wiil update you if it works!
