Hi JH,
I think those GP clinics that do abit of aesthetic/beauty treatment will have it.
But better check with the doc what is the side effect. As I know after taking it, the person is unable to sleep at night and the following day can be very tired. This is what i observe from my friend

I use U-ZAP to breakdown the fat cells first, immediately do sit-up.

Lunch/dinner, avoid eat rice or potato. Just eat the vegetables/meats will do.

U use U Zap to breakdown the fat cells, normally u will put it on for how long? how many times a day? how long will see result? Is there any side effect using U zap?

i watch a program called yummy mummy before... there's an exercise group that do slow jog/ walks in large group of mummies with babies/kids on a pram. Is there such group in s'pore?
