I leave for work everyday between 0745-0800 and i notice there is a pair of siblings (because both of them look very much alike) who will be hanging around the void deck of block 126A without any supervision. I believe they are waiting for school bus as both are adorned in NTUC child care uniform.

There was one morning where i saw the kids playing on the grass patch near the kerb (where the RC hangs their banner - walkway shelter). Thats so dangerous! Although the traffic along the road is not really fast, what happen if they get on the road suddenly and the driver cannot brake in time?
They are way too young to be left on their own.

Fellow drivers, please slow down when travelling along B126 during your morning rush hour. and watch out for any young pedestrians.

Honestly, i cannot comprehend how they can be left on their own at this tender age. Is this the way to teach our kids abt being independent and taking care of themselves? Or issit me being atypical Singapore who are ever-so protective about our young ones? They are attired in NTUC uniform. Does it mean they are even below kindergarten age ie 5?

May be the mother/father was standing at the other side, you can't see him/her because your view was blocked by the pillars? or may be the father/mother was sitting at the bus stop because there are no seats at the void deck.
