When i walk towards LRT on certain days (from blk 13+), i see them as well, leaving their bags at the void deck and playing around the block and there are no adults around. Well hopefully either the dad/mum was sitting at the bus stop. Even then, how can they leave their kids at the void deck and sit at the bus stop?  Shocked

One of these days, i shall make conversation with them.
Hm.. maybe they are trained not to talk to strangers  stick tongue

yeah. refuse to reveal much. just blank stares. anyway, i really hope the parents can do something about it. i personally think its not a healthy way of bringing up their children this way. yes, they can be street-mart but they can also go astray.

touchwood, but what if one day, the younger gal is molested by a psycho lurching around? or a crazy flasher that flash at them, what effect will that have on their mental well being? will their resilence turn into resentment?

I saw these 2 kids when I was driving past Blk 126B every morning about 8am. And  I saw a woman standing near the telephone booth. Could be their mother I guess.
