Who will be funding yr projects and eventually making the investment?

Will whosoever invest in yr project have any close tie-up with the various government agencies e.g URA, HDB, LTA, etc? I mean even Ms Penny Low, MP for Punggol North. Her requests to the various government agencies also must queue.

How long will yr project to the real-life development will take place?

thank you for your insight!

it is only an academic project that is similar to a "think tank" to generate possible ideas; funding and investment wise, don't have. yup that would be a major limitation indeed. this project almost certainly would never be turned into real-life development unless it is really workable (economically) with lots of support.

in general we'd like to know how residents would feel about this, for example Edelweiss may not be too comfortable with the chalets.

yah wanted to ask, the kelongs at punggol end there, have they been around for a very long time? has the livelihood been decades old already?

I belief this is only a dream project, probably a thesis for graduation ? Are you in the A&B faculty ? Of course personally I  would want Punggol End to be developed into a place for leisure, a little bit swampy to attract birds, kampong style, where we can go bird watching, catching spiders, fishing, sampan rowing, climbing coconut trees, and a place where we can do some exploration. Of course a few attap chalets for overnight accomodation.  Shocked....no need electricity....kerosene lamps will do. Aha.....maybe include some secluded corners for a beer and groundnut session with old friends........... chitchat Goodluck...........
