petrol station

i think this is the 2nd time that they are trying to lease this same area for petrol station, i remember hdb tried to do it back in 03/04 on their own website. but there were no takers.... hehe

should be something good for drivers/car-owners? but somehow, seem too close to hdb flat in terms of safety? hehe

cool man, its just beside my flat.. thot there is a new ruling that Petrol stations must have a minimum distance to our flats, tats why they didnt go ahead to offer tender for this plot of land. Gd news tat that they re-exploring the station again.. thanks wkwp!
