cool man, its just beside my flat.. thot there is a new ruling that Petrol stations must have a minimum distance to our flats, tats why they didnt go ahead to offer tender for this plot of land. Gd news tat that they re-exploring the station again.. thanks wkwp!

hope its a Shell station..  Grin

err.. the smell of the petrol and the noise of cars wont be bother u?

not at all man.. in fact i've always find our area to be too quiet even though its facing the punggol central road.. quiet is gd lah, but when u can hear your next door neighbour's talking, tats abit scary.. cos that means they can hear me too! haha..

anyway the convenience of a petrol station nearby is just wonderful.. also the 24 mart tat comes with it..  Grin
