Illegal left Turn at the junction near TPE.

do you guys noticed that the jam is not jam at all
its just the drivers that make the traffic to a crawl
after the exit to tampines ave 10
traffic is so smooth

the problem that i see is that
those drivers from 1st lane will try to cut in anyhow
just to exit to tampines ave 10
and drivers from lane 2 and 3 sometimes dont want to give way
thus the long long queue

yar lor... they like to last minute filter 2 lanes to exit mar... so lane 2 and 3 cars must brake.... braking always got chained reaction that is equivalent to jam.... hehe.. worst when got big vehicles on lane 2, after they brake, they are very slow to move/catch up again due to weight...

such jams also occur frequently on slopes... after the up slope, u see that there is 'amazingly' no jam down slope onwards... haha, coz drivers never speed up and maintain speed when going up slope on the xpressway... so behind all jam chained reaction again.... heee

but dun think got solution.... how to change majority of singaporean's habit/characteristics ar?
