CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATES

Good sign of construction completion -

Block numbers have been put in place
onBLK 306A & 306B .

Suddenly, there are some minor works going on
at 306A - which suggests HDB is about to
take over these 2 blocks from contractors Kay Lim.

Key collection in August?  Possible.

Tiling of the driveway and cementing of the
pedestrian ramp is almost done.

Based on most other recently completed HDB projects
in Punggol,

when painting of the entire block was completed,
key collection was about 2-3 months later.

That said, since productivity is nowadays being emphasised
on civil service and stat boards -

I think HDB would want to ensure there is no delay
in giving out house keys.

Í have been observing Punggol Lodge construction progress,

I think the construction completion for front row blocks
should  be in August 2010. 
I noticed painting is progressing quite fast.
It should be completed by end of June 2010.  If it does not rain at all.

The back row blocks are catching up fast.
