HDB is providing new flat application and purchased flats updates
Go to www.hdb.gov.sg and click on MyHDBpage.  

If your are looking for construction progress updates click on
New Application status.

Click on your reference number and
you will see the estimated date of construction completion.

You can also view monthly updated site photos
of the construction progress - under details .

I was informed that BUILDING PROGRESS
would be quarterly (end of month). 

Because monthly update would'nt show much
improvement in the building progress.
Sounds reasonable to me
