news (I was told)  .

The lifts have been tested and are running smoothly.

Maybe some more safety tests before its certified ok.

And I think thats the last item in the agenda

306a (2 blocks).

But there is one setback that is definitely going to delay things abit.

As you know it has been raining almost daily at Punggol.  This
has caused a delay to   tiling of the the driveway
from the main entrance to the car park.  

The cement work to the pedestrian ramp that leads to the void decks
(at the main entrance)  is also delayed by the rain.

So looking at that, I dont think mid July is realistic target.
 
The blocks are done,  even though I saw a painter touching up
one structure at the rooftop.  

But it is considered incomplete without the important driveway and the
pedestrian ramp.

Anyway,  workers  commenced tiling the driveway today
inspite of the slight drizzle..
