o my god itio........

you refered to children as a pain in the ass... Mmmmm i m sure you dont have any kids and not planning to have any..... I totally agree with you about asking the owner, but he should have known better than to let the dog loose. The leash should be used in the first place.Did you not hear or read about the dog that attacked a little girl in sentosa and nearly bit off her ear. What if this happen at the playground to any of the kids or maybe your kids, if you have any or planning to have any lahh... I am sure you would have gone benzine and ran amok like a mad man. because i admit i would. The playground and common area around this neighbourhood is meant for human i repeat human use not a dog run where you can let your pet dogs run free.. There is a place and time for anything so they should be using their brains and not their asses. I have kids and please children are not a pain, they are a joy to have in your life. Just my inputs

the thread title is BIG DOG.

This is heartland HDB area that the thread starter is mentioning about. 1st, dog owners should leash their dogs. Some races are very sensitive to dogs.

And not forgetting big dogs are not allowed to be reared in HDB. Someone on the 17th floor of Blk --- even has 2 big dogs!!  Shocked
