my parents been vegetarians for more than 10 years.. haha!  too bad i never learnt anything from her.  she does it by her memory..

my swedish friend who's coming for the bbq is a vegetarian too himself.. in the sense of, not a meat-eater by choice, but he takes seafood.  and he cooks occasionally (judging by some pics i saw   )  if you are interested, i can introduce him to you at the bbq.. hehe.. he's planning to make some swedish vegetarian stuffs i think.

Log on to www.vegetarian-society.org the menu on the left hand column. There's also a commercial listing of vegetarian food listed in Singapore too. And should you need a worldwide listing, try www.happycow.net. Of course these listing are not up-to-date but most of it are still available.
