My maid noes how to do. Its very simple, just the mashed potato. You can add anything within. Ham or mixed vegetable. Add the pepper within and dip it inside beaten egg and deep fry. I can check out wht other spice need to be added.

one of my malay friends say to fry the potatoes before mashing them... make the begadell more tasty... but more unhealthy
