Just want to share some recipes. Anyone with more, please add on.

Steam Meat with white button mushrooms

Ingredients
Minced Meat
Sliced fresh button mushrooms
Oyster sauce
corn flour

Just mixed everything together and steam. Serve with white rice

Here's one. Just mix luncheon meat with baked beans and microwave. Serve with rice or bread

 beef soup

beef 1/2 kg
1 large onion
1/2 pkt mixed peas/carrots
a few potatoes
1 pkt toufu
campbell oxtail soup 1 can + 1 1/2 can of water
bit of red wine (optional)

put all ingreds and soup in a slow cooker and cook till ready for serving with rice.l

Home made burgers
Ingredients
Minced meat
corriendor seeds and cumin seeds (pounded)
parmesan cheese
egg
english mustard
bread crumbs
salt and peper to taste

Mix all ingredients and pan fry. Serve with hamburger bread.
