I believe the concept belong to the Japanese. Hv anyone ever tried before and could recommend? Hvn't been to one before and considering going. The only one i knew is at Keypoint at Beach Rd there where they did advertised before in TODAY newspaper but now never see already.

I've been one, I don't think I want to recommend to you. Because that was my first and last. Until now also still looking for one.

I tried there while in Taiwan. Yes, it is a Japanese concept. Very delicious. Only during winter we eat because the weather is so cold that we appreciate the hotness of the charcoal.

In Singapore, the weather is already so hot, may be business will not be as good as Sushi business. I guess.

There is one that I tried that's not too bad.
They have something beside the grill to suck out the smoke so you don't smell after that.
Got aircon so not too hot.
Can't remember the name of the restaurant but it's at the orchard shopping centre either 3 or 4th floor.
