I think so.
Look like don't have good reviews over this restaurant.
Last time when my office was there was not too bad.

The lady boss is a taiwanese with 100% mainland China staff. Alamak.....they don't understand what we are talking about. And we don't understand what they are trying to tell us.

So in the end,  service = not recommended.
