Punggol residents to have new Community Club

Ground breaking ceremony done. 

The next phase probably will be fencing up, infrastructure facilities below ground, moving of heavy building equipments, piling and building construction.

Lets keep Punggol North residents informed of the latest.

This new CC will not equip with basketball court.

Our new Punggol 21 Community Club is estimated / schedule  to be completed by end July 2011.

Facilities include a Fitness Centre, Landscaped Outdoor Gym., Open-air  flat roof deck for activities such as Taiji for  senior citizens and wu-shu for our youth.

To bring you the latest, we will track, different stages of work done as our Punggol 21 Community Club progresses into it's final completion.

At the moment, the construction site had been fenced up. A security guard in place and soil testing are in progress. Several small containers for material storage / temporary site office are also at site.

The site sits in between Punggol Plaza and the new HDB Precinct Pavilion At Punggol East consisting of ( six blocks of 16/18 flats ).
