Mean testing are carried out by the social workers department in the hospital. Latest pay slips of all the children ( sons and daughters alike ) of the patient has to be submitted for computation. Few days later, they will come back to us and tell us whether we are entitled to a subsidy. It can be either 25% , 50% or at most 75%.
