Our govt already earnings Millions from water alone.  Remember, tax on water consumptions???  They bot water so cheaply then sell to citizens so many times more then tax us for using it.....well, i guess i do not be a genius to figure this out.   For petrol, we sud start using cheaper petrol grade.   We got rip-off by petrol companies.....In US, they drove big cars, SUV like Hummer and guest wat petrol grade are they using, Octone 89.   Ours, so small countries, speed limit 90 and worse in KPE 70, using Octane 98 or a super premium petrol grade.   If oil keeps on going up, transport cost will get higher.....which include our excessively price ERP, thus companies have to pass the cost to us.   We need food etc and all of these have to be transported to our neighbourhood stores etc.   Govt sud cut their "pay" ooops "taxes" on petrol.   They are already earning enuf from ERP, CPF, water taxes etc.  Sud let citizens breathe or one by one, we citizens have to sell our flat and rent from HDB under low income scheme.  Anyway, govt sud raise the income ceiling for low income from $1500pm to $2000.   $2000 pm salary is bearly enuf to have saving every months for most s'porean....so sad when u see many flats get repossessed by HDB.....they don give u chance anymore..... Sad

actually what's the difference in grades between 92,95, 98?

based on what finding that 98 is the best among all? will make the engine spoilt if using 92?
