this horse is really getting nonsensical by the min. i think he still lives in the 70s when the country is struggling and having a roof is priority above anything else.

sporeans are bred to be practical by this govt and now they pick on us saying we are fussy? they seem to have forgotten we are paying crazy prices for "subsidised" housing and getting into debts that spans at least 2 decades if not 3. he seem to also forget the upgrade balloon has burst a long time ago with many owners either stuck with a deficit property or unable to make payments for upgraded accomodation due to economic crisis.

this upgrade scam is juz a ploy by the govt to earn $ due to the levys and such we have to pay when we upgrade. i seriously think this horse should be retired.

Didnt we all realised that wherever this horse goes, he'll come out tonnes and tonnes of policies to impress his master?
End up, who suffer? Ofcourse not them la..
Got to remember to 'thank' him generations after generations for introducing the ERP which until today has yet to solved the traffic congestions.

Something is wrong somewhere   oops

Only less than a year ago, housing development in Punggol, probably in the whole of Singapore was almost at a standstill . Thousands of units spread all over Singapore are waiting for buyers. No body is interested to apply.

Today.....Why is there a sudden surge of people wanting to buy HDB flats ?? FUNNY ISNT IT ?? Where are all those people from, oevereas ?? STRANGE. Few thousand applicants apply for a couple of hundred flats. UNIMAGINABLE.

What is happening ?
