the root cause of it all is the way we are governed.. for too many yrs, the government has a policy of increasing the debt of the pple (so that u cannot leave) and favouring employers (so tat u will work hard to keep ur job). and when the country had done well as a result, they get the applauds and $ while we get a couple of hundreds of watever shares which mostly happens during election time.
unless drastic things are done to address the 2 issues, they can crap all they wan and it still stinks of shit

for academic purpose, we go into study loans..
followed by housing loan in order to get a flat to live in..
to make things worse, some gets a car... and once on 10 year loan, that's it. no way to get out!
