[Tuesday May 15, 10:17 PM]

SINGAPORE: A boy suffered head injuries when he was hit by a lorry at Punggol Field.
Police received a call at 5.30pm on Tuesday about the accident.

The boy, who is believed to be around 12 years old, was bleeding from his head and was sent to Changi General Hospital.

Police are investigating the accident. - CNA/yy

I drove past, all the vehicles slowed down at 5:30pm. Many people gathered at below LRT and Kopi Tiam.

The boy was lying on the road not too sure whether he was conscious. But he closed his eyes. Saw some blood on his hand. Looks like from Nan Chiau Primary Sch. He was wearing PE attire.

As a driver of that area, sometimes, people just cross the road illegally and refused to use the overhead bridge (link to the LRT station).

I wonder if the boy is crossing the road illegally...but poor thing !
