Army officer fined for indecent exposure - ST 10 June 2007

An SAF officer was fined $2,500 today for trespassing at a school and exposing himself to two girls opposite a women's toilet.
District Judge Lee Poh Choo decided not to sentence him to jail as she believed 'he deserves a second chance'.

Question : Why does he deserve a second chance ? Being a civil servant, he should be protecting the country !

I also cannot believe the female judge let him go easily.
