Wet Clothing ,curtain and canvas shoes hanging out the clothes drying area.

Hi , I am live in Blk 648 punggol Central , unit 376. my neighbour , a china family ,who is living 16 floor and a very bad habit,. they wash their WET clothing ,sometimes WET curtain and even WET canvas shoes and hanged out to dry . They think they are the only unit living in the whole block. the dont border any below neighbour cloths is out drying. Some of the neighbour even when up to talk to them and after a few day , the same thing go back the same. I am  so angry...
