Smiley Singaporeans are mostly immigrants from China, India, Malaysia and others.  Smiley If we traced our roots to our great, great grandparents,  Wink surprised some of us may be related to them, those Chinese Nationals from China.

They live on the high floors, dripping their laundry, not aware of our culture, discipline, care towards neighbours, etc. Who's to blame ? HDB has something to do with it. HDB should only allocate them those Ground Floor units. No Ground Floor units, probably on the First floor level.

Since 1965, Singaporean Kids are disciplined in schools, at home, work place but there are still some who dis-behave, think only of their own conveniences, seldom care about others who are around them. What to do ??

Not surprising, Punggol will be the first target for housing agent to introduce to these foreign talents especially from China and India. It only takes 15-20 mins to reach Little India and Chinatown MRT.

Punggol 21+ doesn't seem so special compare to mature estates like AMK, Toa Payoh, Jurong East, Clementi, etc

Ah yooo , i think its take couples of year for them to learn from us in terms of living harmony at HDB ...and be more considerate to the locals too .! Please teach and educate your MIC friends  also .... Cool
