Hv experienced this for a couple of weeks and the TV display distorted image as if watching a spoilt VCD. At times it even show you that not signal is found and prompted you to call 1633.
We did yesterday and they told us to switch off our set top box and disconnect the signal wire on both end
I was quite shocked or find it weird abt the instruction why must both end and not just one. Anyway we follow as instructed. Altho it appears to be back in proper order but today while watching cable TV programmes again still hv the malfunction thingy appears.
Just wondering did anyone of you experience the same as mine?
