Punggol 21 or Punggol 2121???

After 4 years in Punggol, I don't see much changes except the pathetic Punggol Plaza which most Punggol residents complaining about.
When can we have a develope central of Punggol?
When can we have a big shopping mall?
When can we have our sport complex?
When can we have our Punggol Beach develope?
When can we have our famous Seafood Restaurant back to Punggol End?
When can we...................?
So many "when can we". Are we really going to wait till year 2121 to have our Punggol 21?
I'm away for quite sometime, can anyone update me what the gahment or MP had promise us, please?
