They have forgoten about developing punggol, it is so inconvenience if you dont drive. There is only a plaza for all the people in Punggol. No recreation, no sports complex, no petrol station, not much choice of food.

You are right, its so inconvenience without a car. Especially no recreation in this area. Not even a cinema at our neighbour, Sengkang. Poor Punggollians.
