Noises from construction sites, Sundial

juz look at the way the workers dismantle the wooden platforms, all the cement powder/pieces flying/falling all over.
plus mosquitoes breeding ground, stagnant water everywhere.
solution: clean the house more often and must complain NEA very very often.

I think some resident already complain to NEA, nothing is done.

Seems like NEA is afraid of HDB and the Contractor....they have no power.  Juz power to come inside your hse to look for mosquitoes.....

IF, may be, we have a collective signatures and we group together, we could take legal action against HDB and the contractor.   HDB make so much $$$ from Sundial owner, they can afford to pay each resident opposite Sundial minimum SG$1m each....

So all of us can spend a year in New Zealand to breath in healthy air

Ya...agree! Our HDB is nothing but blood sucker.... Look at our flats now. When we shifted in, we enjoy unblock view and now not only we are totally block but HDB is building flats so near to us. I thought Punggol is supposed to be the 21st Century HDB flats and yet the stupid architect is not using their brains when designing of flats. Punggol Gardens is supposed to be premium flats and we pay premium price for it yet we suffer the poor landscaping around the vicinity and thereafter got to bear with the noise pollution and in future lost of privacy with "Sundial" build so close to us. Imagine a premium flat being block by a 120k 4 room flat. Govt got no sympathy all they do is to suck blood from us and make us a fool!!! Sign!
