seems like punggol got nothing safe to eat le..   was thinking if i shud treat my godmother to the crab king zi char lei, that one shud be no prob?

I had a very bad experience at the crab king zi char. Ordered a chilli crab and when it arrived, the meat was all dried up and flaky... when I complained, they said they will give a discount... then when the bill came, I saw that there was no discount given, so I asked them how much discount they give.... they replied 10 cents!!!!!!  mad

I will never go there again... lose me as a custmoer for life... and I'll complain to anyone who will listen...

Though not linked to the post, but I also had that sort of experience with the crabs at Sakura Thai-Chinese restaurant (CompassPoint) last month.

Wonder if we should like print the posts on these forums and send to Kopithiam?

I prefer the pepper crabs in PP 'zi char tua'...
Much tastier..
But my favourite is still the one at Changi Village.
The only setback is the distance.. But for nice food, sometimes dun mind driving down.
