Normally I would clean my window ledge few months a time and today happened to be the scheduled date. The litter at my aircon ledge is getting worse..please see the pictures that I had taken..

half eaten pow...burnt candles...toasted bread...tissue paper...rags...I'm getting crazy! Hmmm...what is the feasibility of installing a cctv...

whay block and which floor? can ask the Town council to issue a letter from the floor upwards.
