hey, which block are you at again? I had the same problems with similar items landing on my ledge. Just wondering if it's the same block.

p/s I had the pleasure of removing a few used sanitary pads as well so count yourself lucky.

You belong to Meadow RC. If I see any Meadow RC comittee I'll let them know. I am not from there, most probably I'll see these Meadow RC people on 9 August Observance ceremony in Punggol Plaza. I have no guarantee whether these people will take action.

Me facing same problem too. Have written to the authority & they just stick a notice on the notice board the next day asking people not to litter.
I think these people are real pest of the society!
