That's worse! Since she is staying in her community, and serving her own community of fellow punkgolians, she should be more service oriented!
Instead, what we hear is all the bad experience rather than any compliments.
How nice would it be if we can hear people saying about her taking that extra mile when seeing a sick patient and requesting for doctor to extend his working hours alittle to cater to the sick person.
Haiz....
Huh, I remember seeing her attending to child having fits. Saw her trying to console the mother (who was crying) and cutting the q for her.  I'm sure she's not so bad.

There are 2 assistants, one name Doreen (shorter one) and another seems like the one being described as "********** and ******** ****". The latter seems very mild and friendly to me - I thought she is rather new and thot the complaints are about "Doreen". Now I'm confused.

Can complain to the watchdog group : Singapore Medical Association
on this. However, you will need professional advice that medicine has
been overprescribed than necessary.

i went to this clinic once and finds out they are overcharging.
Besides, they are giving me alot of medicines which is unnecessary.

Well there are other clinics around PG or SK.
The one a rivervale mall is (level one) is not too bad.
