Is Punggol too crowded with cars?

Of course, some have no choices to use a car. But some do have and I noted these days, there are especially many small Korean cars, and wkend cars. My friend who also stays in Punggol mentioned that some carparks are full by 10pm. Is sure how true this is.  

Am i right to say that below is what u meant?

Owning a small Korean or wkend cars = ppl have a choice? (Care to explain?)
Owning a Merc or BMW = ppl dun have choice?

Don't understand the issue of choice here. Its just an observation made.

i think after the CEO price went cheaper & they release more that's why more ppl afford to buy.
after 8pm, our mscp are usually full on first & second floor.

agree on a whole more cars & more idiotic drivers too

Yes. COE only start to rise this year. Last year was probably the cheapest period to get a car.
