foreign worker (bangelaesh) loitering Blk 110a Public phone area.

Lately there is number of bangas worker loitering around our block area, nearby the public phone area at block 110a, normally u can see them around night time, some of their face can tell had just consume alcohol but i guess their main purposed is to get indon or philipino maid whom use the public phone, i'm just worried one day unpleasant matter might happen, by than all will be too late, as i observe, they are staying on 12th floor block 110a, can any advise me wat to do and which authority dept i can seek for, your prompt advise is deeply appreciated, rgd Wilson.

you can try calling the police from the neighbourhood police post if you think tat they are potential trouble makers. otherwise, u can contact the immigration to send pple to spot check their work permits if you find them suspicious.
