Dog Howling/Barking at Blk 134

Hi Forumites,

Anyone staying in Blk 134 affected by the constant dog howling/barking which sometimes happened till quite late at night?

I've noticed that sometimes the owner is at home but the noise continues... Sad

The police came up to my door for investigation after apparently one affected resident posted a note at the lifts urging all other affected residents to call the SengKang NPC.

When will people show more consideration for those living around them? Undecided

Try talking to the owner face to face b4 you complain Roll Eyes
