Dear all, please don't go to the home based Nail Salon call "HOME NAILS".  I have call to make appointment and the lady call Huiqin ask me to sms her and she will reply me. But waited for the whole day and did not reply at all. Sent her another sms and still no reply. What kind of service is that? I have read review from some forum that she is very good but i think those review must be written by yourself.

I am extremely unhappy with this dental clinic.

First of all, for every visit, I make sure that I book an appointment cause I know that Dr Sng is always very busy. BUT FOR WHAT? Every single time, I have to wait over 1hr+ past my appointment time for my turn. All they could say is, "Sorry, busy." and there's nothing that I can do. What is the point of making an appointment then? THEY NEVER FAIL TO MAKE ME WAIT!

Next, all his assistants are screwed up. They are rude, rough and very clumsy. Once, one of the them do not know how to remove my braces rubber bands properly, she twisted and turn and it hurts so bad! I know the difference, cause when Dr Sng do it for me, it's less painful and much faster. That dumb assistant was fiddling around and very clumsy. And there's another, who is so rough she just pressed against my glasses (she didn't even ask me to take off my glasses if they were in her way), pressed against my eyes etc. EXTREMELY ROUGH! What is the most unacceptable is that, she was actually having trouble with fixing my wire and putting in new rubber bands and actually "TSK!" at me a few times. Of course, Dr Sng wasn't around when she did that. Can you believe this is the kind of service I get after paying so much for this?!

And next, whoever that receptionist is on the phone, she is extremely rude. Not only that, she never fails to hang up before I could finish my sentence. Unbelievable!

A big issue with this clinic is their pricing. It's very ambiguous! They will not break down the cost for you (not unless you ask persistently), and they will only just explain very briefly to you. They are not even clear on their explanation. It's like, for this XXX treatment, the price could range from $Y - $Z. But when you ask further regarding that range, they do not know how to answer you but only to say "Need to check with the dentist." WHAT?!

All I can say is, DO NOT EVER go to this clinic. Totally freaking unacceptable!

. I did braces at WH Dental on top of econ. the doc at WH asks his assissting nurse to do the bands. he will check my teeth and do some measurements, then he told some numbers to his nurse. after that the nurse take over and do the whatever s-chain or x-chain or the bands he told her. I finish paying the 4000k plus. then he start passing me over to his nurse. i tot it was normal. But my neighbour vry angry wen she heard it. told me the doc not suppos to do that.

Same here, he is not there to do it personally most of the times. It is his assistants who are doing it! Not acceptable.

since you are the one whom paid the money for their service .. and their professional service is not up to.
And worst still. you are not happy .
so do consider ...change to other place.
