I will be with the strays at 615pm at punggol mrt (under lrt tracks along punggol residences) See u Smiley

I think this is rather a sensitive issue.  Lets not pick a fight over this.  There are people who loves animals and there are some who doesnt.  Yes, it's a tragedy that there are people who have been attacked by stray dogs around Punggol but then again, the space used to be theirs and they have nowhere to go now.  Perhaps the authority should have taken the dogs to a home or shelter before building the flats.

I always hv kopi with friends (group of smokers) at blk 199 coffee shop after midnite. I will be there again tonight 1am. R u the old uncle, driving van and occasionally with ur wife feeding dogs regularly for the past few yrs?
